FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has ring pontoons with blades placed in reservoir with flowing water and rotating in opposite direction designed for driving the pontoons coupled with reservoir. Upper pontoon whose wall serves as carrying platform is coupled with one of parts - stator or rotor of generator whose windings are connected to rotating contact gears connected to power mains. Ring container is installed in one of compartments of water filled upper pontoon. This container is coupled with other pontoon. Other filled upper pontoon. This container is coupled with other pontoon. Other part of generator, rotor or stator, respectively, is installed on this ring container. Additional end container carrying one part of generator can be installed in space of upper pontoon. Ring containers are coupled with corresponding pontoons by means of multipliers installed on carrying hollow column. Blades of pontoons are installed on hinge suspension for turning and pressing to pontoon wall by oncoming flow of water. EFFECT: simplified design, enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 3 dwg
