FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has stator 4, rotor 2 with heat removing channels, end housings 1, separating cylinder between rotor and stator, spring-loaded pipes 7 for supply of cooling liquid to channels 3, moving pipes 8 with connected taps 9 which are located in space. Their ends are equipped with nozzles 10. Moving pipes 8 are located in at least one groove 11 which is provided in separating cylinder. Moving pipes 8 with taps 9 are mounted for free axial movement along groove and for rotation about their longitudinal axis so that angle between connected taps and vertical rotor axis is altered. Drain liquid ring chambers 12 are located between end housings and rotor. Each chamber is shaped by two pipes 13 and 14 which are coaxial with rotor axis. Said pipes are connected at their ends by means of disk 15 so that one pipe is extension of another ones. Diameter of pipe 13 is greater than external diameter of rotor but is less than inner diameter of separating cylinder. Diameter of pipe 14 is less than diameter of pipe 13. Its end which is opposite to disk 15 is located in close vicinity to end housing. End housings between pipes of lesser diameter and separating cylinder 5 in lower part have drain liquid pipes 16. EFFECT: increased reliability, simplified design. 2 cl, 2 dwg
