FIELD: transport engineering; vehicle steering systems. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic booster has housing, ball-type shutoff members and piston-rack with through stepped hole. Valve body consists of two cylindrical bushings with ring grooves on outer surfaces opening to end faces of bushings at one side. Bushings are installed to thrust against end face of stepped hole of piston-rack and against each other through end faces with ring grooves which, when are aligned, form space for fitting sealing member. Bushings are fixed direction by spacer and lockring. Each pusher has flat shoulders on one end arranged in spaces limited by end faces of bushings and differences in diameters of stepped hole of piston-rack at one side and stepped hole of spacer at other side. EFFECT: simplified design of valve, enhanced manufacturability and degree of repairability. 3 dwg
