FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has carcass with fastening members for fastening to body, two pairs of levers pivotally connected to the carcass each consisting of hip lever and talocrural lever connected to each other by means of hinged unit so that one end is connected to the carcass and the other one to supporting platform. Hip joint levers are composed of two parts: the upper one and the lower one. The upper part of a hip joint lever is pivotally connected to saddle base and is directed along the femoral back side, the lower part being directed along the femoral outer side. The second ends of the upper and the lower part of the hip joint lever are connected to each other with spiral shield directed with its convex part forward. The hinged unit has casing pivotally connected to the talocrural lever, overrunning union member that can perform one-way rotation motion. Fastening member encircles the overrunning union envelope and has ribbon clamp with casing, unbending two-element workpiece having casing turnable in the direction of the union member. One of its ends is connected to the hip joint lever at one end and circular ring-shaped clamp casing at the other end. Crank-shaft lever is turnable in the direction of the ring-shaped clamp casing and pivotally connected to the other end of the clamp and to a pin movable inside of the ring-shaped clamp casing having screw for forcing the pin to travel. The crank-shaft lever is adjustable relative to the casing (in angular mode), its protruding end is kinematically pivotally coupled to supporting platform through push-pull rod having screw connection and piston. The talocrural hinge has the form of stirrup placed in the plane of the supporting platform. The union member has braking member. EFFECT: excluded use of arm muscles for supporting and moving body mass; reliably fixed levers; noiseless operation; increased load on leg muscles. 3 dwg
