SUBSTANCE: highly strong and highly plastic titanium alloy comprises 0.9-2.3 wt % iron, up to 0.09 wt % nitrogen, and oxygen the content of which is regulated by value of oxygen equivalent Q of 0.34-1.0 determined by formula: Q=[O]+2.77 [N]+0.1 [Fe] where [O] is oxygen content (wt %), (N) is nitrogen content (wt %) and [Fe] is iron content (wt %); rapture strength of titanium alloy is at least 700 MPa, and elongation coefficient is at least 15% +-art of the Fe is replaced by Cr and Ni. These elements are added during manufacture of alloy in the form of carbon or stainless steel, or they are made from spongy titanium comprising these elements.
