CONSTRUCTION PANEL Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this panel can be used in erection of dwelling premises. Construction panel incorporates tubular members embedded inside layer of facing or insulating material. Panel also has edge trimming strips made for example of plastic material. Each trimming strip is made in the form of rectangle with fixing vertical protrusions at edges over entire length at one side and with groove at other side. Groove is located along its longitudinal axis. Also provided are embedded article and shell. Shell is made for example of zinc-plated iron and in the form of two parallel located surfaces with clearance. These surfaces are secured in trimming strips. Used as tubular members are cylindrical metal pipes which are successively located across panel. These cylindrical pipes create lateral air-passing through-spaces. Inner diameters of these spaces are arranged in two steps. Part of external surface of pipes is rigidly fastened to one of inner surfaces of shell with ensuring clearance between surface of shell and pipe. In addition, construction panel has at least two pipes, and embedded article is made for example in the form of bracket which by its one end is attached to pipe, and by other end it is attached to internal surface of shell.
