FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: fountain has artificial body of Christmas tree with device for supply of water through outlet branch pipes made in form of taper candles, light source with color filters and fibre light conduit with common inlet end. Light conduits are located around trunk and branches of Christmas tree; their outlet ends are located over helical lines around outlet branch pipes of foundation; outlet ends of light conduits are directed towards outlet of water from outlet branch pipes. Decorative effect consists in illuminating the jets of fountain by candles of light conduits; candles have weak glow due to escape of part of light through envelopes of light conduits.
