FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: method consists in cooling the compressor by circulation of liquid cooling agent through cavities being cooled and coil of compressor oil cooler due to taking liquid cooling agent from condenser, rising its pressure by amount equal to losses in course of circulation and returning its vapors to delivery line of compressor. Cooling temperature in cooling cavities and coil of compressor oil cooler is maintained above condensation point; cooling agent vapors are subjected to adiabatic expansion, after which they are returned to delivery line of compressor and power obtained during expansion of vapors is brought to liquid divider. EFFECT: enhanced thermodynamic efficiency and operational reliability. 2 dwg
