SUBSTANCE: device has unit of cameras which receive picture of cathode-ray tube under investigation, video processor which converts analog signal to digital one and stores latter in internal memory unit, central processor which controls address allocation controller, magnetic field controller, which controls shift of electron beams, selector which serves selection of analog and video signals which are related to temperature drift under control of signals from central processor.
