SUBSTANCE: device has envelope with at least part of its inner surface covered with low-resistance coat; electron gun for generating electron beam, laser screen; focusing system for focusing electron beam generated by electron gun on laser screen; and means for dynamic focusing of mentioned electron beam that includes electrode installed at location point of magnetic focusing system; mentioned low-resistance coat applied to inner surface of envelope has discontinuity in vicinity of mentioned electrode where inner surface of envelope is covered with high-resistance coat.
