FIELD: medicine, in particular, prosthesis of intravascular surgery, surgery of extrasecretory organs, surgery oncology, gastroenterology, urology, gynecology, neurosurgery and pulmanology, and also for extraanatomic intervention. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis consists of voluminous skeleton with shell made of film 0.005 to 2.5 mm thick from oriented material; polytetrafluoroethylene or copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene with hexafluoropropylene or tetra fluoroethylene with perfluorovinylpropyl ether. Copolymer content shall not exceed 2% whose structure is characterized by two joined interpenetrating matrixes, in particular, polymer matrix in the form of knots connected by fibrils, and matrix of cavity spaces whose elements are connected into three-dimensional net with numbers of knots, fibrils; and elements of cavity spaces in volume unit are not constant.
