FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is manufactured from polymer material like polytetrafluorethylene or copolymers on the tetrafluorethylene base. Its structure is composed of node elements connected to each other with fibrils and void space elements connected to each other and making three-dimensional network. Prosthesis to be implanted is made of at least one layer created by winding a ribbon made from material having spatial void share equal to 25-94%, specific surface in space of voids equal to 0.1-0.9 mcm2/mcm3, mean distance between voids in the volume is equal to 1.5-50 mcm, mean spatial chord is equal to 0.4-30 mcm or from material having spatial share of void space equal to 1-35%, specific surface in space of voids equal to 0.5-20 mcm2/mcm3, mean distance between voids in the volume is equal to 0.5-15 mcm, mean spatial chord is equal to 0.1-10 mcm. The prosthesis to be implanted additionally has internal porous carcass with wall thickness equal to 0.2-2.0 mm made from material having spatial void share equal to 30-90%, specific surface in space of voids equal to 0.1- 0.9 mcm2/mcm3, mean distance between voids in the volume is equal to 0.5-50 mcm, mean spatial chord is equal to 1-30 mcm.
