Abstract RU 2117460 C1

FIELD: medicine, in particular, oncology and orthopedics; may be used in recovery of support of lower extremity and function of hip joint. SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis consists of pelvic component and femur component and made of high-strength biocompatible ceramics. Pelvic component is made without locking hole and tuber of ischium. Zone of contact with opposite hip bone in pubic joint is made in the form of step with porous coating from the same ceramics with through cylindrical holes for additional fixing of prosthesis with pins, and in place of contact with sacrum, contact surface is in the form of surface with the same porous coating from the same ceramics and with cylindrical holes for additional fixing of prosthesis with fasteners. Cotyloid cavity is made with undercutting and with side channel for introduction of head of femur component. Head is spherical in shape and truncated from both sides. EFFECT: provision for design of endoprosthesis of hipbone with hip joint for recovery of defect of hipbone after operation interilioabdominal resection of pelvis. 2 cl, 5 dwg
