FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: one of the known methods is used to open the region of hip joint, dissect the scary changed capsule, resect head and neck of femur; then area is formed on trochanterion level for base. Brought through this area in distal direction is intramedullary element where it is secured with the help of conductors by screws in the region of distal metadiaphysis of femur. Base is installed on formed bone area by fitting it with its hole onto protruding proximal end of intramedullary element having previously drilled a channel for fastening protrusion. Then, fitted on end of intramedullary element is elastic spacer and basal part of neck. Spring is introduced into depression and tightened by nut. Extramedullary fastening element through hinges are connected with base, fixed with screws to bone and to intramedullary element with the help of conductors. Head is arranged in depression. Wound is sutured by layers. EFFECT: higher stability of prosthesis fixing. 1 dwg
