FIELD: arthrology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to those patients received radiation doses up to 15-20 roentgen equivalents. A patient is first minimally adapted to resort conditions and then is subjected to electrophoresis treatment using 5% unithiol solution and sinusoidal modulated currents on the region of most damaged joints. Treatment is administered every other day and is accompanied with iodine-bromine baths (8 procedures in total). EFFECT: improved therapeutic efficiency, reduced treatment period, and prevented autumn exacerbation of osteoarthrosis. 6 tbl
