FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying local amplypulsephoresis of 3% sodium thiosulfate solution to two articulations affected most of all. Corresponding vertebral column segment is preliminarily subjected to amplypulsetherapy. The first two procedures are applied every other day and then daily on the background of common hydrosulfide baths. The total course is 10 physio- and 8 balneotherapy procedures long. Adaptation period follows. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 5 tbl
