FIELD: medicine; arthrology. SUBSTANCE: after adaptation period, on background of hydrogen sulfide balneotherapy, application of vitamin E magnetophoresis on affected joints is prescribed (from POLUS-1 apparatus) on days free of bath procedures. Joint surface is preliminarily treated with solution of dimexide diluted in proportion of 1:3. Then, 15 min later, gaskets are placed on this section layer-by layer. These gaskets are: filtering paper impregnated with 30-per cent alpha-tocopherol of acetate, fabric gasket impregnated with physiological solution, and of waxed paper. This done, magnet is energized by contact. EFFECT: enhanced treatment.
