FIELD: motor road construction and operation. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for checking load-bearing capacity and levelness of road pavements. Device has unit for dynamic testing of road pavements and deflection measuring unit. In addition, device is provided with relative displacement sensor which is rigidly installed inside van body of base motor vehicle. Relative displacement sensor is made in the form of power-operated drum, disk, and unit for determining value and direction of displacement of paired wheels in vertical plane. Power-operated drum is installed for possible rotation in direct and reverse directions and for interaction with flexible link. One end of flexible link is connected to body of relative displacement sensor by means of flexible member. Other end of flexible link is connected to upper part of supporting platform through roller fastened on rear wall of van body of base vehicle. Disk is connected with power-operated drum and is made in the form of round-shape member with flaps over its outer circumference. Flaps interact with unit for determining value and direction of movement of paired wheels in vertical plane. Aforesaid embodiment of device ensures high accuracy and reliability of results in measuring levelness of road surface. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 dwg
