FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: facing of walls of buildings is effected by using facing plates having fixing holes, screw members, and waterproofing plugs. Facing plates are made as double-layer with warm-conserving layer and decorative-protective layer. Plates are provided with slots and ridges in their end faces. Recesses are made over circumference of fixing holes in external surface of plates. Located in these recesses are fixing members of disk type which are embedded in external layer of facing plate. Plates are secured to wall of building by means of screw members inserted through fixing holes. Waterproofing plugs are located above heads of spiral members flush with coating of waterproofing plug having circular stiffening ribs. Aforesaid procedure simplifies construction of wall facing and working process as well, especially in winter season due to no need of using intermediate fixing members and additional waterproofing of joints. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
