WALL MADE OF LARGE BLOCKS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2153560 C2

FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to erection of external walls of residential and public buildings. The wall consists of large blocks with cutouts on faces and laid in rows to form vertical hollows. Large blocks are made of cellular concrete with bulk density of 300-400 kg/cu.m and laid in the form of single-row laying without transverse bonding of seams and use of mortar but using sealing cords or mastics for horizontal laying means. In this case, vertical hollow is located in junction of blocks through entire height of wall and concreted with formation of load-carrying columns for supporting of ceilings and floors. Blocks are made especially light materials. EFFECT: simplification of design and improved heat-engineering properties of wall. 4 dwg
