FIELD: pipeline transportation of gases and liquids. SUBSTANCE: device has locking assemblies made as power pneumatic cylinders 8 positioned on external surface of tubular body. Internal spaces of pneumatic cylinders communicate with receiver 5 of cylindrical form through by-pass electromagnetic control valves 3,4 which are installed in middle of external surface of tubular body. External spaces of cylinders may be coupled to flow of products or to receiver 5. Shoes 10 are mounted on rod 9 of cylinders. Sealing assemblies are made as pneumatic hydraulic cylinders 2 positioned on external surface of tubular body. Hydraulic system of these cylinders is coupled to sealing cups 11 mounted on flanges 7, 12 of receiver. Pneumatic system is coupled to receiver or flow of product through control valves. Flaps 13, 14 with remotely controlled electromagnetic catches 15, 16 are provided at ends inside tubular body. EFFECT: enhanced locking of device, improved sealing of shut-off section. 1 dwg
