FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: given device has binary probe 1 with measurement electrode 2, feeding electrode 3 and additional electrode 4. Lengths of feeding and additional electrodes exceeds sizes of vapor and liquid inclusions. Measurement electrode 2 is connected to recorder 9 via amplifier 8 and discriminator 8. Additional electrode 4 is connected to recorder 9 via additional amplifier 7 and discriminator 8. Feeding electrode 3 is coupled to AC generator 5 and recorder 9. Measurement and feeding electrodes form measurement probe and additional and feeding electrodes form additional probe. Discriminator 8 subtracts signal from additional electrodes caused by liquid only from modulated signal from measurement probe caused by liquid and vapor and gas bubbles. As result recorder 9 determines value of vapor and gas content by counting pulses attributed to passing of bubbles through measurement probe. Device makes it possible to exclude error caused by uncontrolled change of conductive properties not only of medium but probes too, to remove limitations on temporary characteristics of these changes and on temporary resolution. EFFECT: improved functional reliability of device. 1 dwg
