FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: composition contains in the form of mixture: pseudo-latex formed by particles of film-forming polymer with acidic carboxylic functions having average diameter 10-300 nm. Acidic carboxylic functions of polymer are neutralized up to neutralization degree 10-80% with the help of monobasic nonvolatile agent which used as only one. Pseudo-latex contains in the amount of 0.8-20 wt.%, and preferably 1-10 wt.%, of dry substance at the rate of total weight of composition, and at least one wax with melting temperature of 60-110 C, and preferably 65-100 C, in the amount of 2-40 wt.% at the rate of total weight of composition.
