FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology, and concerns a make-up and/or care collection for keratin fibres, preferentially for eyelashes and eyebrows, containing a first cosmetic composition containing an aqueous continuous phase, a silicone surfactant and a cross-linked polyelectrolyte; and a second composition containing a compound or a mixture of compounds which when the compositions is heated to temperature 40°C to 150°C enables a viscous-fluidity value d_max 5 mm and more of the specified composition; besides, the collection comprises a device for application of the specified compositions and/or a heater for heating of the second composition before application, together with application or after application to temperature 40°C to 150°C. The invention also concerns a make-up technique and/or a non-therapeutic care for keratin fibres involving application of the described compositions on keratin fibres.

EFFECT: invention allows producing a coating layer on eyelashes having a good thermal effect of eyelash extensions, and good age resistance, and the specified coating layer can be easily removed.
