FIELD: cosmetics industry. SUBSTANCE: composition is created by fat phase basing on waxes with melting point of 50-110 C, and water phase basing on water-soluble film-creating polymer in the form of solution containing agent used in function of emulsifier together with inhibiting development of microorganism. Mixture includes at least one oxiethylenized glycerol-((C₁₀-C₂₀))-acylate and at least second oxiethylenized glyceril-acylate which are selected so that final hydrophilic-lipophilic balance to Griffith of aforesaid mixture is equal to 6-15. Composition is in the form of emulsion wax-in-water in which dispersed particles of wax are of size larger than 1 mcm. Aforesaid composition is of good bactericidal property with softness which allows to avoid use of preservatives in paint, thus improving tolerance as to sensitivity of eyes.
