SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetic industry, namely to development of composition for application onto eyelashes, containing aqueous phase, dyeing substance, emulsifying system, containing at least one derivative of soyabean oil and/or one of its salts.
EFFECT: cosmetic composition creates filling, volume layer of composition on eyelashes, consistence of which, as mascara is applied onto eyelashes, represents smooth and homogeneous layer.
