FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in stimulating immune system and may be used when treating humans and animals, including those with some oncological and autoimmune diseases. Affected cells are irradiated by ultraviolet emission in presence of photochemical agent. Irradiation is carried out endolymphatically using catheterizing or piercing some site of the lymphatic system and inserting light guide into puncture needle or catheter, light guide being connected to UV emission source providing maximum irradiation intensity in the range between 320 and 370 nm. Catheterization or puncture of a lymphatic system site is fulfilled on the lower extremity region and in the groin. EFFECT: reduced treatment traumatism and improved feasibility of procedures. 4 cl
