FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: transdermic irradiation of blood within 30-40 min is carried out in 3-5 days before operation and on 3-4 day after it. Then process takes place with the help of infrared laser having wavelength 0.89 μm and intensity 1.5-2.0 mW; holder pressure of guide in projection of femoral artery being 20-30 mm. Catheterization of periphery lymphatic vessel of injury extremity is carried out immediately before operation. Said process is carried out to conduct intraoperation visualization of lymphatic vessels (0.2 % solution of indigo car mine being used) and endolymphatic injection of medicinals in postoperative period. EFFECT: prevents complications, decreases treatment time.
