FIELD: medical equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has hose-provided aid for forced taking-off fluid, container being transparent for UV-rays, and radiation source disposed outside the container. Container itself is provided with branches with entrance and exit holes. Random-shaped container has such maximal square cross-section sizes and cross-sections of entrance and exit holes, which allow to irradiate flowing liquid at air presence. Container in its working condition is oriented relatively horizontal plane in a specific manner, as well as irradiation source. Container vents to atmosphere under control. Container has aid which allows to overlap liquid stream from exit hole of the container. There is additional gas-filled reservoir which communicates with container through transient hoses. Aid for forced moving gases allows to irradiate liquid at presence of random gas mixture. 100-nm and longer wavelengths irradiation treatment can not be accomplished with thermal treatment. Device is provided additionally with the aid providing turbulent liquid stream inside the container. EFFECT: high intensity of photochemical processes in biological liquids. 3 cl, 3 dwg
