FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: tool has rotary annular assembly and cutting blades 10. Annular assembly mounts blade holders, clamping members 35 to provide contact with blades and to hold them in desired position, and fastenings 36 securing clamping members to holders. Surfaces 30, 40 are of wavy shape. Wavy surface may be made on clamping member 35, holder, or on both. Shaped surface provides for deforming when coming in contact with blades 10 under uniform clamping thrust when tightening fastenings 36 by applying pressure up to desired torque. Clamping assembly makes it possible to maintain adequate clamping force on blades which reduces amount of required fastenings 36.
