FIELD: transport engineering; vehicles. SUBSTANCE: unit has holder with limiting boss on rear surface of moulding and clamping device with grip. Anchor of grip is driven into hole of body outer panel for engagement with limiting surface. Grip clamping device is C-shaped in cross section and holder is T-shaped. Length of retaining surface of holder exceeds length of grip. Limiting surface of clamping device is arranged between springy pawls and grip. Limiting boss of holder is located on retaining surface and is arranged close to open end of holder. EFFECT: simplified assembling and mounting of moulding on automobile body. 3 cl, 3 dwg
