FIELD: heat-power engineering and refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: device includes coaxial two-chamber rotor connected with shaft; rotor is provided with tight chamber filled with gaseous or steam-forming working medium and divided by inner partition into near-axis space of evaporator and peripheral space of condenser; circulating loop connecting these spaces includes centrifugal compressor, second inner chamber filled with the same working medium and separated from first chamber by walls. Inner chamber is provided with its own circulating loop whose centrifugal compressor is made in form of circular diffuser formed by partition inclined towards axis and wall of chamber. Partition is made in form of surface of cone, paraboloid or any other curvilinear surface. Chambers of rotor are filled with heavy inert gases or low-boiling refrigerants. EFFECT: increased capacity and enhanced efficiency of plant due to use of centrifugal forces for compression of medium and due to circulation of medium. 3 cl, 4 dwg
