FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has gas-turbine engine with free-running turbine, closed heat-pump loop filled with steam- producing liquid, steam generator, steam turbine, condenser, condensate pump with centrifugal impeller, and heat pump with revolving rotor. Plant is provided, in addition, with recuperating heat exchanger, adjustable circulating loop, and audio-frequency pressure modulator adjustable with respect to frequency and ripple percentage and resonance-tuned to steam-producing liquid. Wastes produced in the course of fuel combustion in gas turbine are fully recovered and energy is injected from environment.
