FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: two blades are coupled by screw. They have sharpened operating ends. One third of blades is bent through angle of 45 deg. In other third blades are bent over radius curvature through angle of 70-80 deg. to the length of 60-70 mm corresponding to physiological bend of laryngopharynx. Operating ends are sharpened in form of trihedral prisms. Circular limiter, 2-3 mm wide, is provided at distance of 5-8 m above operating end of blade. EFFECT: enhanced quality of treatment, reduced traumaticity. 1 dwg
