FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: preparation has a carrier that is a sorbent and eubiotic cells immobilized on the indicated carrier. Eubiotic cells are used together with nutrient medium component at biotiter 10⁸-10¹⁰ CFU/ml. Material exhibiting antacide property, developed meso- and macroporous structure and macropore volume 0.01 cm³/g, not less, is used as a sorbent at the following quantitative ratio of components, wt. -%: eubiotic cells at titer 10⁸-10¹⁰ CFU/ml 1.0-50.0, and sorbent - the rest to 100%. Sorbent is a porous material based on aluminium oxide with hydrophilic-hydrophobic topochemistry of surface, for example, enterosorbent of type СУМС modified with carbon, or enterosorbent of type СИАЛ modified with organosilicon polymer. Bifido- or lactobacteria or their mixture are used as eubiotics. Complex preparation provides more effective prolonged curative-prophylaxis effect on organism of human or animals since it retains activity at all sites of gastroenteric tract.
