FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations of medicinal and veterinary assignment. Preparation has a carrier that is a sorbent and probiotic cells immobilized on indicated carrier. Cells of probiotic are used in combination with nutrient medium. Material with antacid properties, developed meso- and macroporous structure as powder and with particle size 0.1 mm, not above, or granule size 0.1-5.0 mm, or tablets is used as sorbent. Preparation has additionally protective medium and probiotic cells with nutrient medium are dry concentrate of bifidobacteria on milk base with titer 10⁸-10¹⁰ CFU/g and amino acids content, mg/100 g of dry biomass: glutamic acid, 15.0-68.0; glutamine, 8.0-20.0; leucine, 10.0-50.0; arginine, 20.0-30.0; cysteine, 50.0-80.0 in the following ratio of components of preparation as dry form, wt.%: eubiotic cells with nutrient medium and with titer 10⁸-10¹⁰ CFU/g, 0.1-10.0; protective medium, 0.1-10.0; carrier-sorbent, the balance up to 100%. Gelatin, sucrose, ascorbic acid and sodium chloride are used as protective medium in the following ratio of components, wt. %: gelatin, 8.5-11.5; ascorbic acid, 0.8-1.2; sodium chloride, 1.7-3.0; sucrose, the balance up to 100%. Preparation-probiotic "Ekoflor" in immobilized form has the more prolonged storage time and the more effective prolonged curative-prophylactic effect in all sites of gastroenteric tract due to its the more high colonizating activity.
