SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of cold deformation of blank in the form of sleeve-like portion of recovered cartridge to cylindrical casing; forming mouth by mechanically working bottom of casing; profiling its outer surface by expanding with elongation for equalizing thickness of mean portion of wall and thickening its edges; separately shaping spherical bottom of bottle and joining it to opened end of casing.
