FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, equipment used in blast furnace charging device free of cone. SUBSTANCE: dispensing tray has set of inclined transverse plates positioned adjacent to charging zone. Inner surfaces of plates and upper surface of tray define restraining pockets. Each two adjacent transverse plates define restraining chamber disposed between outer surface of first transverse plate and inner surface of second transverse plate. When tray inclination angle is reduced, bulk material is redistributed from restraining pocket into restraining chamber. EFFECT: increased wear-resistance of charging portion of tray, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 12 cl, 4 dwg
