SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises distribution tray rotary support to revolve about vertical axis and structure secured thereto to support said rotary support. Said drive comprises first, second and third shafting. First shafting engages main drive motor with first ring gear rigidly engaged with rotary support. Second shafting engages auxiliary drive motor with second ring gear revolving about rotational axis. Third shafting is supported by rotary support to engage second ring gear with distribution tray to control turning of the latter. Third shafting comprises at least one epicyclic planetary gear supported by rotary support and engaged with third ring gear.

EFFECT: higher wear resistance.
