SUBSTANCE: intermediate member 16 arranged between housing 1 and rotor 6 is displaced in radial direction, thus changing eccentricity and capacity of hydraulic pump. Axle 9 with fitted on lobes 18 is arranged in hollow rotor for free movement in radial direction. Lobes 18 can displace radially and execute angular oscillations relative to rotor under action of inserts 19 arranged in rotor. EFFECT: reduced friction of vanes against surface of intermediate member, improved sealing of vanes, prevention of vane wedging in rotor slots. 3 cl, 4 dwg
