FIELD: testing, final adjustment, diagnostics and running of jet engines. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for diagnostics of technical state of aircraft gas turbine jet engine by gas dynamic parameters of flow. Field of gas dynamic parameters of flow and thrust of tested engine is compared with gas dynamic parameters of flow and thrust of standard engine and with gas dynamic parameters of flow and thrust of engine with characteristic defects of air-gas flow area. Such method makes it possible to enhance accuracy and authenticity of diagnostics of state of members of flow area of gas turbine jet engine, to determine and locate particular defects both during bench test and in airfield conditions in operational engines. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and authenticity of diagnostics of aircraft gas turbine jet engines.
