FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: before patient treatment lymphocytes are taken from blood and incubated with fetal protein. Amount of T-supressor/cytotoxic (CD8+) lymphocytes and T-helper/inductive (CD4+) lymphocytes are determined. Positive effect of fetal therapy in oncological patients is prognosticated if amount of (CD8+)-lymphocytes exceeds amount of (CD4+)-lymphocytes by 15% and above. Method ensures to prognosticated effectiveness of fetal therapy in vitro before patients treatment onset. EFFECT: improved method of prognosis of fetal therapy. 1 tbl
