FIELD: biology. SUBSTANCE: method involves adding detection particles of the same species preloaded with preselected hapten/antigen solution of 10-2 mole/l concentration to detect antigen/hapten-specific cells. The reaction results is examined by means of luminescent microscope not later than 24 h after its being set. EFFECT: wide range sensitivity in detecting cellular sensibilization to hapten/antigens of various nature; usable in treating patients of risk group.
