Suspension samples containing lymphocytes are obtained. In the suspension samples, the frequency of unstimulated lymphocytes with asynchronous replication (LAR) of the AURKA gene was determined. At the frequency of AURKA gene LAR, exceeding 28.0 %, confirm the detection of a malignant neoplasm in a human.
EFFECT: invention provides simplification of the method for screening malignant neoplasms in humans, reducing the study time and cost.
