SUBSTANCE: polymer contains, mass %: furnace carbon black, 12-15; conducting graphite, 8-10; brominated bis-phenol A, 15-16; antimony trioxide, 7.5-8; modified polymer organosilicon additive, 0.5-1.5; ethylene-propylene rubber, 10-15; stabilized polypropylene, the balance. Ratio of carbon black and graphite is 1.5:1, respectively; ratio of brominated bis-phenol A and antimony trioxide being 2:1 respectively. EFFECT: improved quality. 4 tbl
