FIELD: press equipment. SUBSTANCE: screw press head includes body, arranged in body adapter insert having two members: movable ring with edges tapered at side of overflow blade and molding portion embraced by movable ring, die and power means for moving members of adapter insert. Head body has slits engaged with lugs of movable ring; means for moving ring are secured to lugs. EFFECT: high quality of molded products, enhanced manufacturability of press head, efficiency of press, lowered labor consumption of press operation. 2 dwg
