Method of producing titanium dioxide involves the following stages: (a) preparing a mixture containing titanium dioxide in liquid medium; (b) wetting grinding titanium dioxide in liquid medium; (c) decrease of pH value to 4.0, not above, using sulfuric acid; (d) addition of effective amount of sodium or potassium hydroxide or their mixture to a mixture to initiate titanium dioxide flocculation; (e) removing the flocculated titanium dioxide from a mixture, and (f) titanium dioxide washing out. Titanium dioxide used at the stage (a) is the agglomerated titanium dioxide that is obtained in the process of titanium tetrachloride oxidation. Titanium dioxide does not contain any other inorganic oxides except that formed in the process of its producing. To obtain plastic product titanium dioxide is dispersed in plastic material that contains titanium dioxide that can be easily dispersed in plastics that provides plastic color and protection from UV-radiation.
