SUBSTANCE: invention relates to imidazole derivatives of the formula (I) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts where R1, R2 and R3 mean independently hydrogen, halogen, alkoxy, phenoxy, phenyl, alkoxycarbonyl, -NR13R14, halogenated alkoxy, halogenated alkyl, benzylhydroxy, hydroxy, hydroxyalkyl, (C2-6-alkoxycarbonyl)-vinyl, S(O)nR7, carbamoylalkyl, alkoxycarbonylalkyl, -CONR11R12, or R1 and R2 together with phenyl ring mean independently hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl, or together with carbon atom they presents C3-6-cycloalkyl; R6 means hydrogen, alkyl or ω - -hydroxyalkyl; A means C2-5-alkylene; R8 means hydrogen, alkyl, halogen, alkoxy, hydroxyalkyl, benzyl or phenyl; R9 and R10 mean independently hydrogen, alkyl, halogen, alkoxy, phenyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, nitro, NR30R31, alkanoylhydroxyalkyl or aminomethyl. Synthesized compounds show antiallergic and antiinflammatory properties. Invention describes compositions containing these compounds and methods of their synthesis.
