FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tetrahydroisoquinoline compounds of the formula (I) where R1- is hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy-group, C1-3--alkyl optionally substituted with hydroxy-, alkoxy-, alkylthio-, alkylsulfonyl-, alkylsulfinyl-, nitro-, cyano-, polyhalidealkyl-, polyhalidealkoxy-, phenyl- or carbamoyl-group that is optionally alkylated with one or two alkyl groups; R2 is C1-3-alkyl optionally substituted with hydroxy- or alkoxy-group; E is C2-C5-alkylene chain optionally substituted with 1 or more alkyl groups; G is phenyl or phenyl substituted with alkyl, alkoxy-group, halogen, hydroxy-group, polyhalide- -alkyl, polyhalidealkoxy-, cyano-, alkylthio-, alkylsulfinyl-, alkylsulfonyl-, carbamoyl-, 1-naphthyl-, 2-naphthyl-group or 2,3-dihydrobenzo[b] furan-7-yl, or their derivatives that are O-acylated at positions 5, 6, 7 and 8 of tetrahydroisoquinoline ring. Pharmaceutical compositions prepared on their basis can be used as analgetics and for treatment of patients with psychosis (for example, schizophrenia), Parkinson's disease, Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, impairment of attention or decrease of cognitive capacity. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis, enhanced effectiveness of compounds. 17 cl, 9 tbl, 94 ex
