FIELD: power engineering; spraying liquid in humidification and conditioning systems; treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete articles. SUBSTANCE: in spraying the liquid, part of jet is broken by obstacle which entraps large drops due to collision of drops with obstacle; drops flow down over this obstacle and are removed through drain branch; outlet nozzle of vortex chamber is earthed and obstacle is isolated from earthing circuit. Outlet nozzle is made in form of metal bush pressed in base of narrowing portion of outlet section of cone. Vertex of taper splitter mounted in hollow area of obstacle over axial line of spraying jet is directed towards outlet nozzle. Both housing and obstacle are secured on liquid supply branch pipe.
